interesting question.. good thing : communcation develops without being judged by beauty and body. so it takes effort and brains to get it going. then we can truly say its the beauty from within that attracts. bad thing : some are just plain abusive of the anonymous situation and create a whole different persona from the true self. well.. all things are in balance - must have both good and bad. so if it works for us, it works. else just too bad!
few years back, i thought i found The One while meddling with the internet. things went on pretty fast and furious and its was click click click all the way! soulmate? perhaps. love? possible. companionship? most likely. anyway, our relationship lasted 2 years. is she The One? now i know the answer - nope!
but it worked out okay while we were still trying to keep the relationship alive. so my view? finding The One on the internet is possible. anyone wanna try? go ahead! just be careful and pls dun be so gullible ok?

hmm, it's always nice to have a decent and/or indecent conversation with someone of equal intellectual capabilities on the internet. I used to often chat people up on the irc. casual flirting. after a few chats, my curiosity would urge me to meet up with these people.
I'm often disappointed after the meeting, not that the girls are unattractive, but because they often do not turn out the way I have wanted them to be. thing is, when I'm chatting with these ladies, I've often developed my own perception of them. I've created for them an image and identity. my ideal, what I want them to be.
meeting up with them would be like watching a movie adapted from a good book. it's often a disappointment. because the movie usually do not meet up to expectations. and so, after a while, I stopped meeting up with people from the internet. but I still enjoy a good chat once in a while.

hmmmm....life's full of experiences and experimentations...not that we are out to seek for thrills and enjoyment. It's just part of the learning process. Different people have different styles, characteristics and so forth. And having the net around merely give us another outlet to make more friends precisely why we are here (dun say you are juz peeping around...haha)
And also it seems so HHideous and EExciting to know someone but not know someone? hmmm how to put it......nebbermind....
he/she nee not be the special someone....but someone special enough for you drop a note, sms or sumthing should be suffice...
i wanna meet mono....

actually I don't meet up with people from the net as often as I used to. I think the chalet was one of the rare occasions.
I am always dropping people notes and such, I enjoy getting to know people. find out what makes them tick.

hmm, seriously I have no idea.
currently stressed by work, usually prefer to go home and just chill, read a book or watch some telly.
perhaps I'm just feeling old. but of course with some motivation or a worthy event, I'm sure I'll be able to convince myself to get out of the house.

I met all my ex-gf through intenet. For me, internet is the most acceptable way to get myself linked with others in the les community. (I never go to les pub or any les gathering ..)
But that doesn't mean looking for Miss right is the only motive for me to chat through internet. No matter how fantastic feelings between you two on internet, you have to get down to real life to know more of each other.
Honestly speaking, non of my internet love last longer than 1 year. And I still dream of encounter the other half in normal life. But dream is dream. Wait forever, I will never wake up...
